Viral Web App Can Assess Your Travel Level in the Philippines

Did you stumble upon this post by the following brand?

And this:

What's with those maps? You're not the only one wondering about those parodied maps. I can't comprehend the humor it's trying to convey too.  But upon researching, It is based on a web app that can assess your travel level in the Philippines. I tried it and a shame, I'm only level 54! See my result below:

Sabi ni Roy's Travel Level in the Philippines

You can try it too, just visit this link to the "My Philippine Travel Level" web app:

The viral web app was developed by Denz Del Villar, a Filipino Software Engineer based in Singapore.

Given my Philippine travel level result, I should give myself a time to explore my own nation. You remember the old theme of the Philippines' Department of Tourism (DOT)? ā€œHuwag Maging Dayuhan sa Sariling Bayanā€ (en. "Don’t Be A Stranger in your Own Paradiseā€)

We'll try to travel this year and blog about it. Follow us also on Facebook @ fb.com/SabiNiRoy

See you around! Thank you! ;)

Food & Restaurant Review: Agave Mexican Cantina @ Ayala Circuit Mall, Makati

I and my family dined here yesterday to try their Mexican foods. I'm only familiar to Chimichanga, one of the food Deadpool eats on one of the Marvel comics issues. Their interior is still designed with Halloween props, a post-Halloween celebration, I guess (see left photo). I heard their specialty is Margaritas but that's not what we've tried. Book Depository, Popular for its Worldwide Free Delivery, Is Closing

Today, Book Depository , a popular online book store for its Free Delivery announced they are closing. They can still accept orders on April 26, 2023, until midday. Book Depository 2004 - 2023 The company was founded by Andrew Crawford and Stuart Felton in 2004. It was acquired by Amazon (their former company) on July 4, 2011, maintaining its name and motto: "All Books Available to All" by providing free delivery worldwide. Lately, Amazon, its parent company offers free delivery too to eligible countries, particularly to SEA. Unlike before the pandemic, they offer free delivery only to the region or country where Amazon has a headquarter. Perhaps this move made Book Depository redundant as the parent e-commerce site offers the same free delivery option to South East Asian countries.
